TijsVerwest Michiel  (January 17, 1969, Breda, Netherlands) [1] known as Tiësto, is a Dutch musician, disc jockey and producer of electronic dance music. Although he has used many aliases in the past, is best known for his work as DJ Tiësto. In his most recent production, however, has removed "DJ" labels and is now known simply as "Tiësto" a nickname that is a tour of his childhood nickname
